金融危機に伴う経営危機を受けて国有化された不動産金融大手Hypo Real Estate（HRE）は21日、不良資産の受け皿となるバッドバンクを下半期にも設立すると発表した。対象となる資産は不良化した有価証券と経営戦略に合致しない事業で、総額は最大2,100億ユーロに上る。
