企業向けソフト大手のSAPは21日、同業TechniData（独マルクドルフ）を買収すると発表した。TechniDataはEHS（環境・健康・安全）ソフトの専門メーカーで、従業員数は約500人。SAPは同買収によりEHS分野のポートフォリオを強化する狙いだ。取引金額は明らかにしていない。
