ドイツの民間銀行と州立銀行を対象とした新しい労使協定が10日、成立した。金融危機で業績が悪化した銀行があることを踏まえサービス労組のVerdiが具体的なベア要求を掲げず交渉に臨んだこともあり、話し合いは比較的順調に推移。今年8月に一時金300ユーロを支給するほか、2011年1月に賃金を1.6％引き上げることで妥結した。新協定の有効期間は今年5月から2112年2月末までの22カ月。協定ではこのほか、Verdiの要求を受け、幹部職員が部下に過度の圧力をかけないよう配慮することも盛り込まれた。
