フォークリフト世界2位の独Kionは年内にも新規株主公開（IPO）を実施する計画だ。具体的な時期については主要株主のKKR、Goldman Sachsと協議中。フォークリフトの需要は昨年3.1％減少したが、Kionの売上高は8.2％増の47億ユーロに拡大した。Bloombergは時価総額を47億ユーロと試算している。
