中国の華晨中国汽車（Brilliance） は4月に独ヘッセン州のギンスハイムに輸入販売会社Shenhua Europe GmbHを設立した。欧州輸入販売代理店のHSOモーターズ（ルクセンブルク）が2009年秋に経営破たんしたことを受けた措置。新会社ではまず、欧州市場でこれまでに販売した車両のアフターサービスや交換部品の輸入などを再開する。長期的には欧州における自動車販売を本格化する計画だ。
