化学大手の独Lanxessは5日、シンガポールの特殊化学メーカーPCTS Specialty Chemicals Pte. Ltd.を買収すると発表した。アジア・太平洋市場で塗料用殺生物剤事業を強化する狙い。取引金額は公表しないことで合意した。PCTSは従業員数がおよそ20人。昨年の売上高は百万ユーロのケタ台で、その60％を中国事業が占めたという。
