ロシアのヴィクトル・ズブコフ第1副首相は19日ハノーバーで、「ロシアにはハイテク製品などで重要な金属が大量に埋蔵されている」と述べ、ドイツ企業と共同で鉱山を開発することを提案した。希土類の生産をほぼ独占する中国が現在、輸出を大幅に制限しているため、この提案はドイツの経済界に歓迎されそうだ。ズブコフ副首相は独露定期首脳会談「ペテルブルク対話」の一員としてドイツを訪問した。
