建材・農業資材販売の独Baywaは2日、太陽電池の卸売を手がける伊Tenco Spotの資本70％をGremes GmbHから譲り受けると発表した。再生可能エネルギー事業を強化する狙い。買収金額は最低800万ユーロで、今後3年間の業績に応じて最大1,450万ユーロに引き上げる。Tencoは従業員数が30人。直近の売上高は1億4,600万ユーロだった。
