北ドイツの地域エネルギー事業者EWEは18日、オランダの大陸棚にある天然ガス田の探索・採掘権を蘭石油・ガス生産事業者Oranje-Nassau Energie B.V.（ONE）に売却すると発表した。ガス探索・採掘事業は中核事業に属さないためで、今後も同事業の資産売却を進める。ONEとの取引金額は明らかにしていない。
