独建設大手のビルフィンガー・ベルガーは12月20日、オーストラリア子会社のValemusを現地の不動産開発会社レンド・リースに売却すると発表した。売却金額は10億6,000万豪ドル（約7億9,000万ユーロ）。取引は豪カルテル当局の承認を経て2011年第1四半期に成立する見通しという。
