独通信最大手のドイツテレコムは12日、スペイン同業テレフォニカの独法人テレフォニカ・ジャーマニーと提携すると発表した。テレフォニカが「O2」ブランドで展開する移動通信事業向けに、自社の通信網を部分貸与する。これにより多額の資金を投じて構築した自社の光ファイバー通信網の稼働率を引き上げる。
