高級車大手の独BMWが、チェコ西部のドイツ国境に近いソコロフ周辺に自動運転車のテストコース建設を計画していることがわかった。現地ポータルサイト『iHned.cz』が先ごろ報じた。建設予定地は露天掘りの炭鉱跡地で、総延長は109キロメートル。建設費は40億コルナ（1億5,600万ユーロ）で2021年までの完成を見込む。IT技術者や交通関係の専門家など最大400人を雇用する予定。（1CZK=5.22JPY）
