化学大手の独BASFは1日、肥料事業の大部分を売却する方針を明らかにした。放出するのはベルギーのアントワープにある複数の生産施設と、仏東部オットマールスハイムにある合弁会社PEC-Rhinの資本50％で、年産能力は約二百五十万トンに上る。売却手続きを2012年までに終了したい考え。すでに肥料大手の独K+Sが買収に関心を表明している。
