カールスルーエ工科大学（KIT） と独化学大手のBASF はこのほど、新しい電池部材の開発を目指す共同研究室を開設すると発表した。今後5年間で約1,200万ユーロを共同で投資する。協力により基礎研究の成果を迅速に商用化することを目指す。同研究室では主に、電池の寿命長期化や高容量化、安全性の向上などに取り組む。
