自動車用ルーフシステムなどを生産する独ベバスト は14日、米自動車部品大手デルファイの伊子会社であるデルファイ・イタリア・オートモーティブシステムズから農業用車両などオフロード車・特殊車両向けの空調機器を生産するディアヴィア（Diavia）を買収する契約を交わしたと発表した。カルテル当局の認可を経て、同取引は成立する。ベバストは今回の買収により、製品の幅を広げるとともに、オフロード車・特殊車両向け分野で国際的なプレゼンスを強化する。
