独自動車大手のフォルクスワーゲン（VW） は9日、ドイツのカッセル工場で2013年下半期から「ゴルフ」の電気自動車に搭載する駆動装置を生産すると発表した。生産規模は明らかにしていない。同工場では2010年末、電気自動車「Eアップ」に搭載する電気モーターを生産することが決定している。生産規模は当初、年約1万基とされていたが、さらに数千基を上乗せする方針という。
