独自動車大手フォルクスワーゲンのチェコ子会社シュコダ はこのほど、チェコの産業・商務省に電気自動車「オクタビア・グリーンEライン」を1台、納車した。同モデルはこれまでに、環境省やチェコ電力大手のCEZなどにも供給しており、現在は10台が試験運用されているという。同モデルはシュコダ「オクタビア・ステーションワゴン」をベースにしている。電気モーターの最大出力は85キロワット。停止した状態から時速100kmに12秒で加速する。最高速度は時速135km。1回のフル充電で150kmを走行できる。
