独エンジン製造大手のドイツ は27日、同社の筆頭株主であるイタリアの農機大手Same Deutz-Fahr（SDF）にトラクター向けの気筒容量4リットル以下のエンジンを供給する基本契約を締結した。ドイツは2013年から新製品の「TCD 2.9 L 4」および「TCD 3.6 L4」を納入する。出荷規模は2014年から年1万4,000基を超える見通し。ドイツは今回の取引きによりSDFとの協力関係を4リットル以下の農機にも広げることになる。
