独高級スポーツカーメーカーのポルシェ は16日、同社にとって5番目のシリーズとなる小型SUV「Cajun（ケイジャン）」をライプチヒ工場で生産すると発表した。同モデルは2013年に市場投入する見通し。これに伴い、年内にも車体製造や塗装設備を増強する計画で、同モデルの生産に1000人以上の従業員を配置する方針を示している。同工場では現在、「カイエン」と「パナメーラ」を生産している。従業員数は約650人。
