独ソフト開発・コンサルティング会社のCenit は16日付で、スイスの製品ライフサイクル管理（PLM）ソフト開発会社のTranscat PLMを買収した。買収により、PLM部門を強化し、スイス、オーストリア、ドイツ市場の事業を強化する。近く、Transit PLMとCenitのスイス法人を合併する計画。Transcat PLMはこれまで、仏PLM大手のダッソー・システムズの子会社で、PLMソフト開発で長年の実績を持つ。
