塗料大手の蘭アクゾノーベルは21日、食品添加剤子会社ナショナル・スターチを米食品原料大手コーン・プロダクツ・インターナショナルに売却すると発表した。取引金額は現金13億ドル。アクゾノーベルは2008年の英ICI買収に伴いナショナル・スターチを取得した。同子会社の接着剤事業についてはすでに独ヘンケルに27億ポンドで売却している。
