欧州委員会は22日、ドイツ銀行がアイスランドのジェネリック薬（後発薬）大手アクタビスを買収する計画を承認したと発表した。ドイツ銀行はアクタビスの主要債権者で、7月の融資借り換えに際して、同社を買収する権利の行使を決めていた。欧州委は審査の結果、ドイツ銀行とアクタビスには事業重複が一切ないことから、買収に競争上の問題はないと判断した。
