EU統計局ユーロスタットが7月31日発表したユーロ圏の同月の消費者物価指数上昇率（インフレ率、速報値）は前年同月比2.4％で、前月と同水準だった。欧州中央銀行（ECB）が上限目標値とする2％を上回っているものの、原油価格の低下により上昇に歯止めがかかっている。詳細は16日に発表の予定。
