スペイン政府統計局が26日発表した2012年7－9月期の失業率は平均25.02％で、前期の24.6％から上昇し、1976年以来の最高水準に達した。債務危機に直面する政府は財政緊縮を進めているが、景気後退が続く中、さらに雇用が悪化するのは避けられない状況で、政府にEUへの金融支援を要請するよう求める圧力が強まりそうだ。
