ノキアとシーメンスの通信設備合弁会社ノキア・シーメンス・ネットワークス（NSN）は3日、光ネットワーク事業を投資会社マーティン・エクイティ ・パートナーズに売却することで合意したと発表した。経営資源を移動通信設備事業に集中させる戦略の一環。取引価格は明らかにしていない。来年第1四半期の売却取引完了を見込む。
