独最大手銀行のドイツ銀行は11日、オランダの小口顧客事業から撤退する方針を表明した。採算が合わないためで、自己資本強化に向けた組織再編の一環として実施する。同国では今後、大口顧客事業に経営資源を集中する意向だ。

ドイツ銀行はオランダでは2010年まで大口顧客事業しか展開していなかったが、同業ABN アムロの部分買収に伴い現地顧客2万3,000人（社）を引き継いだため、小口顧客を抱えるようになった。小口顧客の数は1万8,000で、内訳は企業が1万6,000社、個人が2,000人。
