ロシアタイヤ大手のシブール・ロシアン・タイヤズ はこのほど、独自動車大手フォルクスワーゲン（VW）が同国のカルーガ工場で生産する「ポロ」にコーディアント（Cordiant）ブランドのタイヤの供給を開始したと発表した。両社はさらに取引を拡大する方針で、シブールはポロ以外のモデルにもタイヤを供給する予定。年内の取引規模は10万本に達する可能性もあるという。シブールはロシアの石油化学大手シブール・ホールディングの子会社で、2010年は通期で前年比14.4％増の870万本のタイヤを生産した。
