墺大手銀行ライフアイゼンバンクのハンガリー子会社ライフアイゼンバンク・インターナショナル（RBI）はこのほど、現在75％の持分を保有するクロアチア子会社を完全買収する方針を示した。4日付けの『Bloomberg』の報道を、RBIの広報担当者が5日追認した。新たなEU指令では、自己資本に算入できるのは完全子会社のみに限定される可能性があるため、このような措置を取ったもよう。同行は昨年にも、チェコ、スロバキア、ハンガリーで同様に子会社の少数持分を買い戻している。
