塗料大手の蘭Akzo Nobelは21日、食品添加剤子会社National Starchを米食品原料大手CornProducts Internationalに売却すると発表した。取引金額は現金13億ドル。Akzo Nobelは2008年の英ICI買収に伴いNational Starchを取得した。同子会社の接着剤事業についてはすでに独Henkelに27億ポンドで売却している。
