経営難の玩具メーカー独Zapf Creationは4日、同社の債務2,100万ユーロを複数の投資家が肩代わりすることで基本合意したと発表した。これによりZapfの銀行債務は900万ユーロに減少。同社は人形専門メーカーからガールズトイメーカーへの脱皮を進める。
