GM傘下の独Opelは4日、ベルギーのアントワープ工場を年末で閉鎖すると発表した。Opelは再編計画の一環で同工場の分離を決定。9月末までに売却先が見つからなければ閉鎖する方針を打ち出していた。2,600人いた従業員のうち1,300人についてはすでに整理しており、残りの1,300人に対しても年末までに一時金を支給して解雇する。
