独半導体大手Qimondaの清算手続きを進める管財人は25日、同社の特許9,000件超を即日付で売りに出すと発表した。これまでは同特許をめぐり米子会社2社と裁判で争っていたため、処分できない状態が続いていた。今後は売却ないしライセンス供与する意向だ。オフィス機器や家具は現在処分中で、インターネットで対象となる物品を公開している。ドレスデン工場の半導体製造装置は1億ユーロ以上で売却したという。
