半導体大手の独Infineonが16日発表した2010年9月通期暫定決算の最終損益は6億5,900万ユーロの黒字となり、前期の赤字（6億2,600万ユーロ）から大幅に改善した。黒字計上は04年9月期以来6年ぶり。世界的な景気回復を受け、チップ需要が盛り返した。売上高は51％増の32億9,500万ユーロ、営業損益は3億4,800万ユーロの黒字（前期：1億8,300万ユーロの赤字）。同社は10年ぶりに復配し、1999年の創業以来2度目の配当を実施する意向だ。
