建設大手の独Bilfinger Bergerは20日、オーストラリア子会社のValemusを現地の不動産開発会社Lend Leaseに売却すると発表した。建設事業の縮小に向けた措置の一環。売却金額は10億6,000万豪ドル（約7億9,000万ユーロ）。取引は豪カルテル当局の承認を経て2011年第1四半期に成立する見通しという。
