食品大手の独Dr. Oetker（ビーレフェルト）は14日、オーストラリアの同業Simplot Australiaから冷凍ピザ事業を譲り受けると発表した。買収価格などの詳細は非公開。取引成立は4月を見込む。

Dr. Oetkerは約1年前に豪市場に参入。今回の取引が成立すると同国とニュージーランドで冷凍ピザ市場2位に浮上するという。現地でのピザ事業拡大に向けてはSimplot Australiaから協力を受ける。
