ソフトウエア大手の独SAPが26日発表した2010年12月期暫定決算（国際財務報告基準IFRS）の営業利益は25億8,900万ユーロで、前年（25億8,800万ユーロ）とほぼ同水準にとどまった。競合オラクルとの知財権侵害訴訟で引当金9億8,000万ユーロを積み増したことが響いた。最終利益は4％増の18億1,6000万ユーロ、売上高は17％増の124億6,400万ユーロだった。配当は20％引き上げて1株当たり60セントとする意向だ。
