肥料大手の独K+S（カッセル）は7日、カナダのカリウム鉱山会社Potash Oneに対する株式公開買い付け（TOB）で普通株を約9.3％確保し、出資比率を90.9％に拡大したと発表した。今後はカナダの企業法に基づいて他の株主の保有株を強制的に買い上げるスクイーズアウトの手続きを実施。完全子会社化する予定だ。Potash Oneはカナダの世界的なカリウム大手Potash Corpとは資本関係がない。
