鉄鋼大手の独Thyssenkruppは1日、車両向け足回り・車体部品事業（Thyssenkrupp Metal Forming）の独占売却交渉先をスペインの自動車部品メーカーGestamp Automoción S.L.に選定したと発表した。Thyssenkrupp Metal Formingはドイツ、フランス、英国、スペイン、ポーランド、トルコ、中国に工場を持つ。従業員数は5,700人、2010年9月期の売上高は11億ユーロ。Thyssenkruppは昨夏、同事業の売却手続きを開始した。
