独最大手銀行のDeutsche Bankは14日、フランクフルトにある本社ビルをファンド子会社DWSに売却すると発表した。取引金額は6億ユーロ。今後はリースバックの形で借り受け引き続き利用する。同ビルはツインタワーで、左棟が「借方」、右棟が「貸方」の愛称を持つ。Deutsche Bankは総額2億ユーロの改修作業を最近、終了したばかり。
