半導体大手の独Infineonは12日、米国の同業Atmelをデラウエア区裁判所に提訴したと発表した。自動車、産業機器、タッチスクリーン向けの製品でAtmelがInfineonの特許11件を侵害したと批判。損害賠償を求めている。
