ベアリング大手のSchaefflerは26日の監査役会で会社形態を現在の有限会社（GmbH）から株式会社（AG）に変更することを決議した。10月にも商業登記する予定。株式会社化することで同社の経営は透明性が高まり、社債の発行などが容易になる。株式公開（IPO）の予定はない。
