欧州電力大手のVattenfall（スウェーデン）が旧型石炭発電所の売却を検討している。二酸化炭素（CO2）排出権の価格が2013年から大幅に上昇することを踏まえた措置で、売却先が見つからない場合は廃炉にする。オランダとドイツの施設を対象とする考えだ。同社のオイスティン・ロセス社長がスウェーデンのラジオ番組で明らかにした。
