鉄鋼最大手のArceler Mittalは18日、北米とカリブ海地域で事業を行う子会社2社（Skyline Steel、Astralloy）をNucor Corporationに売却すると発表した。売却金額は約6億500万ドル。取引には販売事務所と物流、生産拠点が含まれている。
