6月に会社更生手続きの適用を申請した太陽電池モジュールメーカーSolarwattの債権者集会が11日あり、同社の再建計画が承認された。減資と増資の手続きを経て富豪シュテファン・クヴァント氏が買収、投資と融資で計1,000万ユーロの資金を供給する。Solarwattは今後、将来性が見込める太陽電池システム事業に特化する。
