電機大手の独Siemensは19日、照明子会社Osramが来春、株式市場にデビューする計画だと発表した。1月の株主総会でグループからの分離を決議。その後に上場を果たし株式を自社の株主に配当として提供する。Osramは法律上の問題を理由に社名をOsram AGからOsram Licht AGに変更する。
