韓国のハンファ財閥に買収された独太陽電池大手のQ-Cellsは24日、社名をHanwha Q.Cellsに変更することを明らかにした。同社は4月に倒産、8月末にハンファに買収された。今後は研究開発に年2,000万ユーロを投資する考え。
