NokiaとSiemensの通信設備合弁会社Nokia Siemens Networksは5日、顧客サービス部門をカナダのITサービス大手Redkneeに売却することで合意したと発表した。経営資源を移動ブロードバンド通信設備事業に集中させる戦略の一環で、同社は3日にも光ネットワーク事業を投資会社に売却することを明らかにした。顧客サービス部門の従業員1,200人はRedkneeに移籍する。
