エネルギー大手の独Eonは15日、保有するスロバキア同業SPPの資本24.5％をチェコのエネルギー大手EPHに売却すると発表した。取引金額は13億ユーロで、Eonはこれにより、2013年末までに総額150億ユーロの資産を放出する計画を達成したことになる。スロバキア事業は現地の配電会社ZSEを通して今後も行うとしている。
