小売大手の独Douglasは15日、同社を買収した投資会社の米Advent Internationalと創業一族がスクイズアウト（他の株主からの強制的な株式買い上げ）を実施すると発表した。Adventと創業一族は先ごろ実施した株式公開買い付け（TOB）でDouglas株96.11％を確保。議決権比率がスクイズアウトの実施に必要な95％を超えたため、5月に予定する株主総会で同措置を提案する。
