機械大手の独Voithは22日、独鉄鋼大手Thyssenkruppの英産業サービス子会社Thyssenkrupp Services Ltd.を買収すると発表した。Thyssenkrupp Servicesは自動車工場などの清掃を手がけており、Voithは買収により英国の自動車産業向けサービス事業を強化する。取引金額は公表していない。
